Contest questions people ask us
Do I need to deposit to join the free contest?
No. Season 3 needs only identity verification (KYC). The Pro Cup needs $10 of real balance per entry.
How long does KYC take?
Upload an ID card, national card or passport in the app; it is reviewed within 24 hours at most, usually much faster. A utility bill is needed only for withdrawals above $10,000.
Can I join both contests?
Yes. They are separate contests with separate demo accounts and separate prizes.
Are the prizes real money?
Yes. Prizes are credited to your real wallet as withdrawable funds. The winners of the first two seasons have already been paid.
Is my real money at risk?
No. You trade a demo account. The only real amount is the $10 Pro Cup entry, which is refunded only if the contest is cancelled.
Do I need a VPN?
The app and the site usually work without a VPN; it depends on your internet provider. If something does not load, try another network.
